// CYCLE 001 // BUDAPEST // 144 MINUTES
YOUR HARDWARE IS OVERLOADED.
Nothing has been switched off in years. Not the feed, not the notifications, not the low hum of being reachable. [STATE: OFFLINE] is 144 minutes with the input at zero.
THE SYSTEM NEVER POWERS DOWN.
There is no longer an hour of the day that is off. Work follows you home. The feed refreshes while you sleep. Every surface you look at is designed to hold you one more minute, and the ones that are not still buzz.
A nervous system built for intermittent alarm now runs the alarm continuously. Nothing is wrong with you. The conditions changed faster than the hardware did.
You cannot think your way out of that. You have to leave the signal.
THE ARCHITECTURE OF SUBTRACTION
Four rules. None of them negotiable, and all of them for the same reason.
- [ 01 ]
ZERO DEVICES
The physical cord is cut. No screens, no smartwatches, no vibration. Devices go into a box at the door and come back at the door.
- [ 02 ]
ZERO OUTPUT
Silence is the container. You are relieved of the pressure to speak, react, or perform for anyone else in the room.
- [ 03 ]
ZERO SYNTHETICS
No alcohol. No chemical downers. The sound in the room is the only thing altering your state.
- [ 04 ]
ZERO PERFORMANCE
Sit, lie down, or stretch. No posture is required and none is preferred. Nobody is watching what you do.
Everything above is removal. What is left is one room, one sound, and a group of people attuning to the same thing at the same time. We are tuning to the frequency of love. That is what the subtraction is for.
The rules are absolute because a room cannot arrive anywhere together if three people in it are filming.
A ROOM BUILT FOR ONE THING
An acoustically treated space, a calibrated system, and low light. No screens anywhere in it. Nothing on the walls that asks for your attention.
The sound is played live in the space, by people who are present. It does not build, it does not drop, and it does not ask you to follow it. It is there so your attention has somewhere to rest that is not a thought.
This is not a concert and it is not a class. Nobody is performing and nobody is teaching. The room does the work.

WHAT HAPPENS
- 00:00 // 21 MIN
THRESHOLD
Devices into the box. Seating. Doors close. Late arrivals are not admitted.
- 00:21 // 13 MIN
GATHERING
The facilitator states the protocol aloud, then guides a short breath sequence. You may opt out of the breathing and stay seated.
- 00:34 // 89 MIN
THE CONTAINER
Sound only. No speech. Sit, lie down, or sleep. You can leave the room at any point without explaining, and the door is never locked.
- 02:03 // 21 MIN
RETURN
The sound resolves slowly. Nobody is hurried out. Devices are returned outside the room.
REQUEST CLEARANCE
Entry runs through a short intake. It screens for the few conditions that make the breath sequence unsuitable, and it is how you acknowledge the protocol.
Capacity is fixed per cycle and stated when a cycle opens.
