// THE ROOM

What actually happens for 144 minutes?
Twenty-one minutes at the threshold, thirteen minutes of protocol and breathing, eighty-nine minutes of sound with no speech, twenty-one minutes to come back. Then devices, outside the room.
Is this a concert?
No. Nothing builds and nothing drops. The sound is played live in the space by people who are present, and it is there so your attention has somewhere to rest that is not a thought. Nobody is performing.
Is this a meditation class?
No. Nobody teaches, nobody instructs, and there is no technique to get right. We built a room and stated the terms. What you do inside the 144 minutes is not assessed by anyone.
Is it a religious or spiritual event?
No. There is no belief attached to any part of it, nothing is asked of you, and nobody will ask you to feel anything. Where guest practitioners from a living tradition appear, they are named and credited and they are doing their own practice.
How loud is it?
Low and physical. You will feel some of it rather than only hear it. It never reaches a level that would be uncomfortable to sit in for 144 minutes.
How many people are in the room?
A cycle has a fixed capacity, stated when it opens, and it is not raised for anyone.

// THE PROTOCOL

Do I really have to give up my phone?
Yes. It goes into a box at the door and comes back at the door. A room where the phone is merely discouraged is a room where you spend 144 minutes thinking about the phone.
What if I am on call, or someone needs to reach me?
Then handle it before you arrive. There is no way to be reachable for part of a cycle, and we do not hold phones for individual exceptions.
Can I take photos?
No, and there is nothing to photograph. No cameras from us either. Nothing that happens in the room is documented.
What if I need to leave?
Leave. The door is never locked and you do not owe anyone an explanation. Nobody will stop you and nobody will follow up about it.
What if I fall asleep?
Your system will do what it requires. Sleep is an acceptable form of down-regulation.
Do I have to talk to anyone?
No. Not before, not during, and not after. There is no circle at the end and nobody asks how it was.

// THE BREATH SEQUENCE

What is the breathing part?
Ten minutes, guided aloud, at the start. It can cause tingling, dizziness or emotional release, which is common. You can stop at any point and simply breathe normally.
Can I skip the breathing?
Yes. Stay seated through it. Tell the facilitator at the door and they will not ask why.
Why does the intake ask about my health?
Because breath-holds and fast breathing carry real risk for a few specific conditions. The outcome is almost always attend and sit out one ten-minute segment. We are not qualified to decide who may sit in a dark room and listen to sound, and we do not.
Is this good for anxiety or sleep problems?
We make no claim about that. This is an acoustically engineered isolation environment, not a treatment, and it is not run by clinicians. What we can describe is the room: 144 minutes, no screens, no speech, nothing asking for your attention.

// ACCESS

Why is there a form before the price?
Because the intake does two things a checkout cannot: it screens for the conditions that make the breath sequence unsuitable, and it is where you acknowledge the protocol. Agreeing to this quickly is the same as not agreeing to it.
What does it cost?
The access price is shown with each cycle once clearance is granted.
Can I get a refund?
Cancel at least 48 hours before your cycle and the access token is refunded in full. After that it is not, because the place is held and stays held.
Can I come with someone?
Yes. Each person completes their own intake, because the acknowledgment is individual. You will not be seated together by arrangement, and you will not speak to each other for 144 minutes.
What should I wear?
Something you can sit or lie in for 144 minutes. Layers. The room is kept cool.
What if I am late?
Doors close ten minutes after the stated time. Late arrivals are not admitted, because the threshold is where the room separates from outside and it cannot be reopened.
Where is it?
Budapest. The venue changes with each cycle and is published with the date. It is named and credited, because the room is part of what you are coming for.
Is the venue step-free?
Access details are published with each cycle. If you need to know whether a specific venue works for you, write to us before you request clearance and you will get a straight answer.

// US

Why are you advertising on the platforms you criticise?
We are on the feed because you are. That is the whole problem.
Do you use AI?
Yes, in the back office. Planning, scheduling, drafting. The room is a different question: the sound is played live in the space by people who are present, and there are no screens in it at all.
Who is behind this?
People who wanted this room to exist and could not find it. The facilitator for each cycle is named with the date.
Will you follow up after the session?
No. No check-in, no offers, no content. The session ends when it ends.
